Sonakshi Sinha, a star of Bollywood, is now the delighted owner of a beautiful new flat in one of Mumbai’s most affluent neighbourhoods. The actress is said to have purchased a brand new flat in the city’s Bandra Reclamation neighbourhood, which is famed for its residential societies with stunning sea views.
Sonakshi Sinha purchased a property in a prestigious high-rise building in Bandra for Rs 11 crore.
According to the paper’s evaluation, which is accessible to the public, Sinha recently bought a sprawling flat on the 26th floor of 81 Aureate at Bandra Reclamation, with a flooring area of 2208.77 square feet.
The property has 348 square feet of niche, foyer, and AHU (air handling unit). In addition, the seller, Pyramid Developers, provides the buyer with four parking spots. The property was officially registered in August 2023.
Sinha paid Rs 55 lakh in the form of stamp duty costs and Rs 30,000 in registration expenses to the state exchequer for this luxury house. The buyer also receives a 1% reduction in stamp duty expenses. Sinha had previously purchased her first home in Bandra for Rs 14 crore in 2020.
“Sinha purchased the flat from the sellers, Pyramid Developers and Ultra Lifespaces. She paid Rs 55 lakh in stamp duty for the application for registration of the purchase on the 29th of August”, according to papers obtained through Zapkey.com.
Sinha has purchased the second flat in this residential rise. Before this, she paid Rs 14 crore for a second property on the 16th floor of the skyscraper, measuring 4,632 square feet. She had also purchased that flat directly from Pyramid Developers and Ultra Lifespaces.
Sonakshi Sinha and the parties selling were unavailable for comment.
