Car catches fire on Samruddhi Highway in Maharashtra: 3 died

On Monday, a car carrying three passengers crashed into a guardrail on Buldhana’s Samruddhi Highway near Deulgaon and caught fire, according to the police. The image of the vehicle after the accident has been shared. The car is substantially damaged and nearly entirely burned. Cops are visible at the scene of the event.

According to a representative from the Bibi police station, the collision happened on the highway between 5 and 5.30 am close to the Deulgaon Kol village.

One of the three passengers in the vehicle fell out after it collided with a road divider, according to him.

According to the official, the car subsequently caught fire, killing two people inside by being burnt to death. According to him, a second individual who had fallen out of the car and suffered injuries died at a hospital.

The official reported that the car contained a diesel can based on early information.
