The MTHL project commenced on March 23, 2018, and as of March 5, 2023, the progress is 92.60% in Package-1, 92.28% in Package-2, and 98.09% in Package-3.
Package-4 involves works related to the intelligent transport system (ITS), toll management system, electrical works, highway illumination system, and construction of toll plazas and administrative buildings including the command control center.
