Indian Railways to Run Special AC Train Between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Gorakhpur

The Indian Railways have announced the operation of a special air-conditioned train between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Gorakhpur to clear the extra rush of passengers.

The train numbered 05060, will depart from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 12:45 PM on March 19, 2023, and arrive at Gorakhpur at 00:30 AM on the third day. 

The train will have 4 AC-2 Tier, 14 AC-3 Tier, and two Generator Vans and will halt at 16 stations during its journey.

The train will make halts at Kalyan, Nashik Road, Bhusaval, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Chitrakoot Dham, Banda, Ragaul, Bharwa Sumerpur, Kanpur Central, Aishbag, Badshahnagar, Gonda, Basti, and Khalilabad. 

Passengers can book their tickets on the special train from March 16, 2023, at all computerized reservation centers and the official website of the Indian Railways.

Passengers are advised to follow COVID-appropriate behavior for their safety and the safety of others.
