On the Mumbai-Ahmedabad National Highway within Vasai early Wednesday morning, three individuals died and two more were injured when the car they were riding in ran into a divider and smacked a truck.
A truck crashed into a speeding Maruti Swift automobile, killing three people, including the driver, and badly injuring two more. At 6 a.m. on the morning of the tragedy, it happened at the Bajrang Dhaba near Sativali on the highway.
The accident happened on Sativali Bridge at around six in the morning, according to the police. The car was travelling in the direction of Gujarat with five people inside, including the driver. The accident happened when the car arrived in Sativali and the driver lost control of it. The car leaped the divider and collided with the truck after landing on the national highway’s Mumbai-bound section. The three people, according to witnesses, perished there and then. Two passengers were sent to the nearest hospital after suffering significant injuries.
Police believe that the Swift car’s driver had been driving fast at the time of the collision. Rescuers had a tough time getting the victims’ mutilated bodies out of the car because the front part of the vehicle had been severely destroyed.
The driver of this car lost control when it was travelling in the direction of Gujarat, and the vehicle crossed the split and headed in the opposite direction. A truck struck at that moment from the front. The injured and deceased were all Rajasthani.
Early on Wednesday morning, a Maruti Swift was travelling in the direction of Gujarat. In this train were Ashok Singhania, Subhash Shotra, Banwarilal Jedhia, Kisan, and others from Isam. Around six in the morning, the car crashed into the barrier as it had just crossed the Bajrang Dhaba in Sativali. The car was moving so quickly and followed the Mumbai route. A truck was leaving Silvassa at that very moment.
Three other people were hurt in this collision, and the Swift’s driver passed away immediately. For medical attention, Sankshatri Hospital received three of the injured, while Galaxy Hospital received two. During treatment, two of the injured passed away. The injured and deceased were all Rajasthani citizens. In this case, Waliv police have filed a wrongful death complaint, and truck driver Pradeep Goud has been taken into custody.

According to officials, “the truck driver only suffered minor bruising. Later, a crane was used to lift the car and relocate it elsewhere. Following the accident, the flow of traffic on the roadway slowed significantly. The victims’ identities were being confirmed”.
