Tragic Suicide: Woman Jumps from 18th Floor in Bhandup Apartment Buildin

On Sunday, a 47-year-old lady is said to have jumped to her death from the 18th storey of an apartment building near the eastern area of Bhandup, according to police. 

Reena Sola, the woman who jumped, had previously experienced some medical issues for three months before this incident and was ultimately psychologically disturbed, according to a Bhandup police station official.

He reported that the event occurred at the 22-story Triveni Sangam building early in the morning as the woman jumped from the open window of her 18th-floor apartment while standing on a chair. 

The official stated that Solanki was rushed to the closest hospital, where she turned out to be dead. 

“Reena Solanki went to her brother-in-law’s flat,” according to the police, at 11 a.m. A cop reported, “She suddenly stood on a chair and jumped from the window while talking to her mother-in-law.”

According to early information, a suicide statement has been filed, and further inquiry is in progress, he continued.
